All orders from within Texas will be added 8.25% sales tax.
We offer Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card for your payment convenience via PayPal.

Any warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer of that product. Gabriel's Trumpet does not warranty any product.
Gabriel's Trumpet ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. Your shipping address must be correct. If it is corrected through the shipping carrier, you will be charged a $10.00 change of address fee.
We ship out goods MONDAY - FRIDAY. In most cases, excluding personalized items, orders are shipped within one - ten business days of receipt with consideration that the orders are submitted with all the correct information, credit card number is correct, and the item is in stock.
Shipping Type Rate
Continental United States
Unless you specify otherwise, your merchandise will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. If your merchandise is needed faster, please choose an alternate shipping method on the "Choose Shipment Method" that appears during checkout.
You will be charged actual shipping charges associated with your order. The shipping total shown prior to checkout is an estimate. Actual shipping charges will be determined when the order is ready to ship. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including "Refused Shipments".
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will be charged a flat fee of $35.00. Customers are responsible for all Customs/Duty charges.
All International orders outside the United States are on a Pre-Payment basis only. To receive your orders via FedEx International Priority shipping, please setup an account with FedEx (1-800-247-4747) and provide us the account number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received the pre-payment and your FedEx account number, we will ship out your package. For International orders we include tracking and insurance adding the additional charges to the order. If you require final international order charges, please request such in comment field of order form or send an email to email@example.com. All shipments outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for paying duties/taxes. Please note that if the FedEx account number is not provided, the packages will be shipped out through USPS with insurance and tracking.
Gabriel's Trumpet reserves the right to refuse deliveries to any countries outside United States and Canada. Customers are responsible for all Customs/Duty charges.
When losses involve damaged or missing cartons, please contact the delivery carrier for instructions on filing a claim first. Then please notify us. If your package is damaged or lost in transit by UPS, The US Post Office, or any other carrier, the corresponding carrier's guidelines will be followed concerning replacement and reshipment. Any other discrepancy such as missing items should be reported to Gabriel's Trumpet within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization.
Return of Items
All damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. You must have proof of purchase (a receipt). Items must be returned in their original packaging and not opened, used, damaged, soiled, or have damaged packaging. The item must be returned in the exact condition that we sent it. A credit will be issued on all Returned Merchandise toward future purchases at www.gabriels-trumpet.com. Absolutely no refunds.
All Returned Merchandise items must be accompanied with a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Gabriel's Trumpet. This RMA number is required for ALL returns. Please contact Gabriel's Trumpet either by email or telephone, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before returning any items.
After obtaining the RMA number, you will need to send the package to the address given to you at the time you obtain the RMA. Buyer must pay returned shipping, prepaid and insured via USPS. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Please make sure to mark your package clearly with the valid RMA number on the outside of the package (example: RMA xxx) to insure acceptance. Items arriving at Gabriel's Trumpet without a valid RMA number are automatically refused.
No package will be accepted if shipped "COD", "Freight Collect", or "Third Party Billing". Gabriel's Trumpet is not responsible for lost merchandise during exchanges.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
